Provider Applications Section

This section is located near the middle of the Provider Details page. It shows all past and current applications submitted for the license listed in the Provider Information section.

Name: This will show the name of the child care program listed on the application.

Status: This will show if the application is in draft, submitted or received status.

Application Type: This will show the type of application you're working on. The main types are:

  • New: This is used when a child care program changes ownership with another application when everything else remained the same or the program moved and needs a new inspection.
  • Update:This is used to update the name of a child care program, the director information, hours or ages of the children enrolled.
  • Renew: This option appears when a license is within 135 days of expiration. It is used to renew the license and is sent to OECOSL for processing once electronically signed and submitted.

Application Form: This shows if the application was originally submitted by paper before it became obsolete or if it was submitted online.

Date: This shows the date when the application was originally submitted. Each application will have its own date to show the history of submitted applications and their statuses.

Actions: If action is required, an "Edit" button will appear for providers to make edits. If an application was recently submitted, a "View" button may appear so the provider can download a cover letter to submit documents if there are any issues uploading paperwork on I-LEAD.
