Technology Requirements
View the information below regarding the best technology practices when using Access Indiana, I-LEAD, the Attendance and Voucher Info portal and Indiana Learning Paths.
- Mobile: Some components of the website may struggle to load on mobile devices. If parts of the screen don’t appear, turn the phone on its side to enable landscape mode.
- Internet Browser: Some browsers (like Safari, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge) may struggle to load some components of the website. If there are segments that won’t save or load, download and use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome as your internet browser. It is recommended that those with an HP and Apple device use Mozilla Firefox for best performance. (If the course is child abuse or universal precautions, use Google Chrome and clear out your cookies before launching the course.)
- Devices: If part of the website won’t load on mobile, users may need to switch to a desktop computer.
- Cookies & Cached Images: Occasionally, some parts of the website may not work due to cookies and cached images compiling and looping on internet browsers. This may need to be cleared from your history if certain sections like Start your Indiana Learning Paths won’t login when you click on it from the I-LEAD Dashboard. For more information about how to clear these items from your browser history based on browser type, use this resource with instructions specific to your browser.
