Archived- Status assigned by the system when an educator left the facility and was re-added through a new educator invite or by qualification.review@fssa.in.gov. Educators with this status are required to redo their consent form via “Begin Consent Form” to verify all the information is correct in the database.
Note: Please don’t remove/re-invite an existing educator in an attempt to trigger a new consent form or correct any incorrect data on your roster. This could lead to errors in the system that prevents the educator from submitting a consent form during the next renewal.
