N/A Consent Status

NA consent status

“N/A:” An educator listed as Not Applicable (e.g. N/A) for their consent status on the I-LEAD roster means the consent form has not been completed by the educator in their I-LEAD account. Please have the educator log in to their I-LEAD account and complete and submit their consent form immediately via Begin Consent Form. Employees need a Qualified status on their consent form to be eligible to work at the program.

    • Missing Educator Type/Hire Date: Educators with a missing Hire Date (Format: MM/DD/YYYY) and/or Educator Type will not have access to a consent form. They also cannot be terminated via the Remove button until these fields have been added. Please click the Update button next to the educator's name to add the missing information. Removing any educator missing a hire date or educator type imports their names back to the roster after midnight each night.

    • Registered "Yes:” Click the View Details button next to the educator to see what email address they are connected to in the Registered User section. The username is the login email. If the educator is listed as “Yes” under the Registered column, ask the educator to log into their I-LEAD account and complete their consent form. It needs to be signed and submitted to show the “Submitted” status instead.

    • Registered "No:” If the educator is listed as “No” under the Registered column, the educator needs to log into their I-LEAD account to merge accounts and have access to their old training and consent records. If they are due for consent renewal, they will have a Begin Consent Form button available on their I-LEAD Dashboard.

Note: Please do not remove/re-invite an existing educator in an attempt to trigger a new consent form or correct data on your roster. This could lead to errors in the system that prevent the educator from submitting a consent form during the next renewal. If there are concerns about a consent form, please contact 1.800.299.1627 for technical support and guidance.

Consent Form Transfer

Educators who are listed on the Associated Educator roster and need a consent form/fingerprint transferred from a previous child care program require a consent form transfer. Provider admins should fill out a consent form transfer form in this situation. If an educator’s consent form is outdated or cannot be found, they may be required to complete a new consent form on I-LEAD for their new program.
